Limitation of Liability

mvirtualpayments is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, technical outages beyond our control, or unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party payment processors, liquidity providers, and identity verification services. mvirtualpayments is not responsible for the actions or failures of these third parties.

Your Rights

You may request account closure and withdrawal of remaining funds at any time, subject to identity verification and any pending compliance review. Processing takes up to 5 business days.
